Where? To the supermarket!
I cannot believe the difference this running has had on my eating. I know all the things I should eat. I mean – c’mon – I’m a dietitians wife! I’ve got the theory down! But I’ve always struggled to eat well.
Strangely tho – since this began I’ve eaten better and better each day. And I am SO happy! I’m enjoying it so much and feeling so much happier and healthier!
This evening when I did a “quick” shop (no such thing as a quick shop for me) I looked down at my trolley and just GRINNED! Salad greens, raspberries, blueberries, organic milk, organic yoghurt, beautiful chicken … and some semi dried tomatoes for a treat! It was pretty as a picture!
(oh – and I got my 40min walk in – didn’t do more than that cause I’m hoping to run in the morning)
