It syncs with my nano to measure my speed, distance run, and calories burnt. Then it saves the data and lets me map my runs on nike+.com
I am still learning all it’s features – but I am SO excited! I love a gadget and since I go SLOW this will help me track any improvements I make! Fun!

We got a great price – and anyone who knows me knows I love wooden toys so this makes me smile!
I wanted a balance bike to help Eliana learn to ride – and in the hope she may keep up with me and I could run and chase her to get some exercise in together. We have a great track near the river for her to ride . Plus – there is no where at home she can ride – so I am hoping the balance bike will work well on grass.
Anyway … here it is … isn’t it PRETTY!!!!!!
