This afternoon was a good afternoon. My working week is done and I got a 30 min walk in before cooking dinner to unwind. I know I’ve said it before but I love love LOVE my walks! That explains the 15 minute walk after dinner too! I couldn’t resist the cool of the evening or the last few minutes of daylight.
This evening I spent 30 min working out to the new Aussie Biggest Loser DVD – Bootcamp. I really like this DVD. It is intense. Really got my heartrate high and had me sweating in a short time. It works both strength and cardio. Seriously as close to a real bootcamp as you can get inside. And I love that it is a series of 10 min segments so you can pick and choose and do as much as you have time for. I’m going to add it into my off-running days and try to get at least one or two sessions in on these days.
Tomorrow I meet with a personal trainer. I’m still not sure I will go that route – so far I have been very happy with the results I have achieved. But I would like to know just how hard I can work.
Pray for wisdom for me in the way to go forward.
